Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as plants, seeds, and bulbs.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@a-garden-diary.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).


Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@a-garden-diary.com.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@a-garden-diary.com with your order number and details of the issue.
