  • Coverage: Available for all North American and European addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Delivery

  • Cost: $14.99.
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Coverage: Available for all North American and European addresses, excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Express Delivery

  • Cost: $24.99.
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Coverage: Available for all U.S. addresses, excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Delivery

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.
  • Coverage: Available for select international locations. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to see if we deliver to your country.

Delivery Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package online.
  • Order Status: You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Special Considerations

  • Perishable Items: Orders containing perishable items such as plants and bulbs are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition.
  • Weather Delays: In the event of severe weather conditions, delivery times may be affected. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
